Once again this year, TIM is celebrating Pride Month and reaffirming its support for the LGBT+ community by taking part in the initiatives taking place across Italy throughout June, with events, gatherings and parades dedicated to rights, visibility and inclusion.
With the slogan “Proudly connected”, we want to affirm the value of authentic connections: those that arise from respect for differences, from listening and from every person’s freedom to be themselves, both inside and outside the workplace.
For TIM, innovation also means building open, welcoming and inclusive environments. For this reason, since 2009, we have been pursuing a structured approach to inclusion management that promotes a culture of respect, the celebration of uniqueness and equal opportunities, through initiatives dedicated to our people.
In 2026, we will once again be present at the Pride events in Rome and Milan, alongside our colleagues who will take part in the parades, flying the TIM colours alongside those of the rainbow:
• Rome Pride – 20 June
• Milan Pride – 27 June
Taking part in Pride means continuing to value every identity and helping to build connections where everyone can feel represented, heard and free to express their talents.
