accordo TIM-FIGC

TIM on the pitch again with the Italian national football teams

Together with FIGC.

04/03/2023 - 12:00 PM

For the 24th year TIM will be the Top Partner of the Italian national football teams. Through our collaboration with the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio - the Italian football Federation - we continue to support all the Azzurri teams, men's, women's, under-21, youth, five-a-side football, beach soccer and e-sports.

Our passion for sport has deep roots and unites us with the millions of fans who follow the matches on the football pitches. The partnership with the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio has been consolidated over the years and is based on shared projects and initiatives that have local impact, support cultural and sporting activities that promote integration, team spirit and fair competition, especially among young people.

Our communication campaigns are also strongly linked to the world of sport. With "La Forza delle Connessioni" (The Power of Connections), launched last year, we chose many athletes to be spokespersons, such as Marcell Jacobs, Federica Pellegrini, Christian Vieri and, most recently, the young shot-putter Danielle Madam, whose story is intertwined with that of Matteo Berrettini. All faces that best express the values of diversity, inclusion, and the importance of connecting with others to realise ever more ambitious projects.

Since 1999, TIM has also supported the Women's National Team and, since 2019, has been the title sponsor of the Women's Serie A league, which it accompanied in a moment of great growth and diffusion among sport enthusiasts. We are also the title sponsor of all the men's, women's and futsal championships organized by the FIGC Youth and School Sector from Under 18 to Under 13.

With our partnership, we also support the development of e-sports, football video game tournaments, the latest discipline to join Club Italia, which won the first UEFA European Championship in 2020, following the selection of athletes carried out together with TIM.
