Milan, 26 October 2016 - It is announced that the minutes of the Board of Directors of Telecom Italia of 14 October 2016, drawn up as a public deed and registered at the Milan Business Register 18 October, 2016 concerning the resolution to merger company Telecom Italia Information Technology into Telecom Italia, is available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the storage mechanism “1INFO” www.1info.it, as well as on the Company's website http://www.telecomitalia.com/tit/en/about-us/general-archive.html.
The merger decision was taken by the Board of Directors pursuant to article 12 of the Company Bylaws, in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in article 2505 of the Italian Civil Code.
