NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 24 April 2018 approved, amongst other things, the Financial Statements of the Company as at 31 December 2017 and resolved to allocate savings Shareholders a privileged dividend in the amount of 0.0275 euros per savings share, which will be applied to the number of savings shares that they own on the record date (19 June 2018).
The dividend, represented by coupon number 15, will be paid from 20 June 2018 (ex-dividend date on 18 June 2018) through authorized intermediaries.
