TIM meets talent

TIM is among the companies participating in the Career Day at the Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma, an in-person event on April 16 starting at 10:00 AM, where students and graduates of the Economics faculty, can come meet us and submit their applications. We will be happy to meet individuals interested in internship opportunities in the HR, Analysis and Control, National Institutional Affairs, and Financial Reporting areas. From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we will conduct interviews by appointment, while from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we will meet with everyone else. The TIM Group is participating in "Lavoro Chiama Italia Virtual," a new event dedicated to the meeting between companies and talents seeking employment or internships. This year too the event is dedicated to profiles with STEM or economic backgrounds. TIM will attend the Career Day held at the Federico II University of Naples on Thursday 15 February 2024.

The event is part of the University's 800th anniversary celebrations.

TIM will be present with its Recruiters and two former students from the Federico II University, who will talk about their work experience at TIM.

To mark the occasion, TIM is also promoting the fourth edition of the 5G Academy Post Graduate, the free specialization course created by TIM together with the Federico II University and Nokia.

The initiatives of the 2023 edition of TEDxSapienzaU - Back to Zero continue: after the TEDx day on 15 November, it is time for the hands-on workshops for students.

At the 2023 TEDx SapienzaU event, “Back to Zero”, dedicated to researching new sustainable models for interacting with a society changed by technology innovation, TIM will be at the village created in Viale della Sapienza to meet with and recruit new talent.

“The ideas, the speakers, the partners, and the students who make up this great academic community” will be the stars of this event, dreamed up and created by the university students.

On 14 November, TIM SpA, Olivetti, and Noovle will be at the Job Meeting held at the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering and the Faculty of Information Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics at La Sapienza University of Rome. It will be an opportunity to meet with motivated, brilliant young people who have graduated or will soon graduate from the university to guide them in their first career choices. The free event will take place from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. On 24 and 25 October, we are at the Codemotion Conference in Milan, an annual event where you can learn more about the latest trends in innovation. TIM is at STEM & Digital, the free event created to spread the culture of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and digital subjects during a 100% virtual event promoted by @Employerland.

During Career Day, TIM will meet with young graduates and undergraduates in STEM and digital subjects to introduce them to the company and job and internship opportunities through group interviews, lessons learned and digital assessments.

TIM, strategic founder of 42 Roma Luiss, participates in the free coding school’s Recruiting Day, with no entry requirements other than one's own skills.

It is an opportunity to meet with the students of the campus, who selected a number of topics to discuss with our recruiters for the occasion: how work is organised at TIM and the values of our company, development paths, the selection process and welfare policies.

TIM will be there along with Olivetti to answer the questions and enquiries of the students and will evaluate the most interesting candidates.
