TIM has been awarded the "Champion" level of the "European Label for Quality Internships" certification by InternsGoPro, the international association set up with the aim of fostering the employment of young people and promoting internships in line with defined quality standards to help students develop the skills they need to enter the world of work.
Our internship programmes have been awarded the highest level based on an evaluation conducted by InternsGoPro according to a model recognised by the European Commission, which checks 6 criteria and 23 quality indicators in particular including remuneration, contractual transparency in accordance with national labour law, presence of learning content and a tutor, organisational culture, career development and employment, and equal opportunities.
