How can artificial intelligence transform the way we live, work and tackle the challenges of the future? This question marks the start of the TIM Ideation Challenge, the online Ideathon which, on 28 October, will bring together university students and ITS Academy students for a day dedicated to ideas, collaboration and innovation.
It’s an opportunity to put your creativity and problem-solving skills to the test, working as a team on an AI-related challenge and engaging with people from different academic backgrounds.
During the Ideathon, participants will be organised into teams and guided by mentors through the process of developing their idea: from defining the problem to crafting an innovative proposal, right through to the final presentation.
No advanced skills in artificial intelligence are required. What will make the difference above all is curiosity, motivation, the ability to collaborate and a willingness to experiment, bringing together different perspectives and skills.
The challenge will also be a practical way to engage with a technology that is already changing the present and to discover how AI can become a tool for designing new solutions.
How to take part
The event will take place online on 28 October 2026.
