ICT Designer, Technical Project Manager, PMO

TIM is looking for three new professional figures to help contribute to the technological development of the country.

Pre-Sales ICT Designer

Hiring bright, young graduates in Electronic, Computer or Telecommunications Engineering with a passion for the cloud and ICT, to work in the Enterprise Market and Sales Consumer and Small & Medium business areas.

Certifications/work experience in the following areas preferred:

  • IT solutions: PaaS, SaaS and Custom in complex and cloud computing environments
  • Security solutions
  • Project management techniques
  • Customer business system analysis and contract economic analysis
  • Good knowledge of English.

Main locations: Milan, Turin, Genoa, Udine, Venice, Padua, Bologna, Florence, Terni/Perugia, Rome, Naples, Catanzaro, Reggio Calabria.

Post-Sales Technical Project Managers

Hiring for the position of Post-Sales Technical Project Managers, working in the Enterprise Market business area, ideal candidates are recent Engineering graduates and Junior Project Managers dedicated to the implementation and revenue generation of the solutions conveyed by TIM on the Enterprise market to enable its digital transformation.

Required knowledge:

  • ICT products and services
  • Data and VoIP network operation
  • LAN/WAN/SDN networking
  • Basic IT solutions (PaaS logic, SaaS, cloud computing) and IoT/big data
  • Project management techniques (possibly with certifications)
  • English

Main locations: Turin, Milan, Bologna, Modena, Florence, Rome. 

Project Management Officer

Again, for the Enterprise Market area, TIM is looking for a PMO for one of its offices in the Veneto Region (Venice or Padua) to take on the role of Manager for an important project in the field of urban intelligence.

 The key skills required for the role:

  • Design and implementation of agile modelling application solutions, working closely with the customer
  • Planning and management of complex projects, with a view to customer satisfaction and achievement of business results
  • Ability to effectively coordinate resources and to relate to stakeholders (customers, colleagues, partners)
  • Analysis and collection of customer requirements in order to identify new business opportunities to be translated into new projects (business analysis)

Candidates should have:

  • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • At least seven years of experience in designing IT solutions and leading complex application development projects
  • PMP® certification; Scrum Master or equivalent
  • Business analysis
  • English

New hires will be offered a permanent employment contract and the opportunity to work in a high-tech environment strategic to TIM’s development on the market.
