Following recent articles published in the Israeli press, Telecom Italia denies having concluded an agreement, together with Globescom to buy a 51.5% stake in Golden Lines from Aurec´s Holding.
As a 26.4% shareholder in Golden Lines, Telecom Italia is entitled alongside the other shareholders to first refusal in the case of agreements to sell stakes in the company. Telecom Italia remains willing to evaluate any proposal for the restructuring of the company.
