At the end of today´s Telecom Italia Shareholders´ Meeting, chaired by Roberto Colaninno, at the behest of the Italian Treasury the company Board of Directors undertook to coopt Mr. Roberto Ulissi, Head of Department IV at the Treasury, as replacement for Domenico Siniscalco, who had tendered his resignation from the Board.
