Concerning agency news and an anticipated press report, released this evening, Telecom Italia reaffirms that it has no evidence whatsoever that the Company Directors have been added to the register of persons under inquiry by the Court of Turin as part of inquiries concerning company operations that have recently been the focus of media reports.
As far as these operations are concerned, Telecom Italia stresses once more, that the company has always acted in full respect of the law, in the interest of all shareholders, transparently and in accordance with the rules of corporate governance.
