During the course of today´s presentation to the international financial community and media of the principal guidelines behind the Olivetti-Telecom Italia Group industrial and financial strategic plan, Olivetti Vice Chairman and Chairman of Telecom Italia Marco Tronchetti Provera made the following clarifications.
As regards the Olivetti bond issue, Mr Tronchetti Provera explained that the issue is expected to fall due in eight to ten years. As far as Olivetti´s stake in Lottomatica is concerned, he stressed that this is one of the holdings that will be divested.
