With regard to the sale of 26.89 per cent stake in Auna, Telecom Italia highlights that net proceeds correspond to €1,850 million due to the fact that the operation costs amount to €150 million subdivided as follows: € 50 million for the pre-emption right in Telecom Italia´s favor with a duration of two years should the buyers sell their shares and € 100 million for other costs for professional performances and commission fees to merchant banks and advisors.
