With regard to the article published at 1.29 PM (Italian time) by the Dow Jones news agency, entitled “Italian Bankers plot to save Telecom Italia”, Telecom Italia cautions anyone from spreading information that could influence the regular performance of its shares on the stock exchange.
Furthermore, the company states that it is not considering any hypothesis of a capital increase, nor has it mandated, nor does it intend to mandate, banks or other intermediaries for operations on its capital.
