Telecom Italia announces that, having received the authorization from the French Antitrust Authority, the sale of LibertySurf Group Sas to Iliad S.A. has been completed today.
The sale of LibertySurf Group, the Internet Service Provider that operates in France mainly with Telecom Italia’s Alice brand, was carried out on the basis of an Enterprise Value of 800 million euro and will bring about a net debt reduction for the Telecom Italia Group of approximately 750 million euro.
