Telecom Italia informs that, following the intervention by the Rome Public Prosecutors Office to overturn the advanced request to the Preliminary Hearing Judge for the application of the precautionary measure of the nomination of a comissioner (commissario giudiziale), the Preliminary Hearing Judge, with an order dated 6 April, declared "nonsuit" the interdiction measure requested towards Telecom Italia Sparkle, given that the matter of the dispute has ceased. As a consequence the Preliminary Hearing Judge has cancelled the hearing in chambers which was scheduled for 7 April 2010 to discuss the requested precautionary measure.
