Regarding the proceeding started by the Italian Antitrust Authority – the contents of which have been announced in a press release by the authority – Telecom Italia trusts it will demonstrate that the Company acted in full compliance with the rules, on the basis of correct competition behaviours.
The Company points out that it has already assured its full cooperation with the Agcm authorities to provide all the documentation and information necessary to undertake the proceeding and demonstrate that the complaints against allegedly illegitimate behaviours made by alternative operators are groundless.
