Telecom Italia informs that it has instructed its counsels to bring legal actions in all appropriate jurisdictions against TG1 for the defamatory and groundless contents of the report broadcasted on 18 March 2011, authored by Oliva and Prignano. The suits are intended to protect the image of the company, its management and employees.
