Regarding indiscretions in the press surrounding Telecom Italia's selection of one or more financial advisors with reference to the hypothesis to create a new Group entity to supply wholesale domestic fixedline access, the company clarifies that in this preliminary phase such advisory activity is merely intended to acquire technical, economic and financial value elements.
