Telecom Italia announces that Director Kingsmill has resigned from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, due to other commitments. Baroness Kingsmill is an Independent Director.
As a result of her resignation from the Committee, Telecom Italia’s Board of Directors will take the necessary resolutions, as required by applicable rules.
