TIM’s Board of Directors, chaired today by Arnaud Roy de Puyfontaine, approved the calendar of company events for the next year, confirming for the financial year 2018 the dissemination of the interim report on operations as of 31 March and 30 September, on a voluntary basis, in keeping with the information content and terms of publication consistent with the calendar reported below:
6 March 2018 | Board of Directors meeting to approve the 2018-2020 strategic plan, draft financial statements for the year and the consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2017 |
24 April 2018 | Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements at 31 December 2017 |
16 May 2018 | Board of Directors meeting to approve the interim report on operations at 31 March 2018 |
24 July 2018 | Board of Directors meeting to approve the report at 30 June 2018 |
8 November 2018 | Board of Directors meeting to approve the interim report on operations at 30 September 2018 |
The conference calls to present the accounting data to the financial community will normally be held after the Board of Directors meeting for their approval. Any changes to the above dates will be communicated without delay.
