TIM announces that the Board of Directors of Telsy, the Group's company dedicated to the development of cybersecurity, has co-opted Gabriella D'Elia, Angela Gargani and Sabina Strazzullo and appointed Alessandro Pansa as Chairman.
As already planned for the TIM Board, with these new appointments also Telsy's BoD exceeds the 40% threshold of female presence, following what happened in June in TIM Servizi Digitali (with 80% women on the BoD) and testifying the Group's commitment to overcome gender inequality with concrete actions.
Telsy CEO Eugenio Santagata and all board members wish Alessandro Pansa, who retains the position of Chairman of Sparkle, and the new board members all the best in their work.
