TIM announces that the Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders, which met today in compliance with the provisions of Decree Law 18/2020 (as amended) – i.e. without shareholders being physically present – approved all items on the agenda and appointed lawyer professor Emanuele Rimini as common representative.
The Shareholders' Meeting set the term of office at three financial years (until the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2027).
