TIM, in view of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 24 June next and, in particular, in relation to the proposal to amend article 3 of the Company's bylaws, concerning the perimeter of the Company's business purpose (item 6 on the extraordinary session agenda), announces that the Presidency of the Council of Ministers has today notified the decision not to exercise its extraordinary powers .
In particular, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers has specified that, although the proposal to amend the corporate purpose falls within the scope of application of the Golden Power regulation, the prerequisites for the exercise of such powers are clearly non-existent.
The relative suspensive condition concerning the Golden Power regulation, as described in the illustrative report published on the Company's website, is therefore verified.
