TIM: BOD INITIATES POSTE ITALIANE’S FULL PUBLIC TENDER AND EXCHANGE OFFER EVALUATION PROCESS

TIM’s Board of Directors met today under the chairmanship of Alberta Figari and acknowledged the full voluntary public tender and exchange offer promoted by Poste Italiane.

Furthermore, the Board initiated the evaluation process of the tender exchange offer in the interest of the Company and its shareholders.
