TIM: PERIODIC REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES DURING THE PERIOD FROM 13 TO 17 JULY 2026

TIM announces that, during the period from 13 to 17 July 2026, it purchased 1,529,562 treasury shares  at a volume-weighted average price per share of €7.9176, for a total consideration of €12,110,389.68.

The share buyback follows the announcement made on 27 May 2026 regarding the launch of a first tranche, for a maximum of 14 million shares1 of the share buyback program for a maximum of 70 million shares1 and a maximum of €400 million, as approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 15 April 2026.

On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary responsible for executing the purchases, the table below summarises, in aggregate form and on a daily basis, the purchases of the Company’s ordinary shares carried out by that intermediary on the relevant trading venues indicated below during the reference period:

Since the beginning of this first tranche of share buyback, the Company purchased 10,652,174 ordinary shares1 (equal to approximately 0.50% of the share capital) for a total consideration of €83.20 million.

As of 17 July 2026, considering the treasury shares already owned, the Company therefore held 14,670,875 treasury shares1, representing approximately 0.69% of the share capital.
