TIM announces the introduction of a new organizational structure for the Enterprise and Innovative Solutions and Technology Office functions, effective October 19. Following the decision of Elio Schiavo and Leonardo de Carvalho Capdeville to voluntarily leave the Group to pursue new professional challenges, Mirko Mischiatti has been appointed Chief Enterprise & Innovative Solutions Officer and Claudio Ongaro has been appointed Chief Technology Officer.
Mirko Mischiatti, whose CV is attached, joins TIM reporting directly to the CEO; the Chief Strategy, Business Development & Wholebuy Office function, previously entrusted to Claudio Ongaro, will be assigned on an interim basis to Pietro Labriola. TIM wishes both executives every success in their new roles.
TIM expresses its gratitude to Elio Schiavo and Leonardo de Carvalho Capdeville, who will leave the Group at the end of the year, for their significant professional and managerial contributions.
