Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane announces that Professor Umberto Tombari today resigned from the office of Director of the Company for professional reasons.
Professor Tombari, qualified as independent Director, held the office of Director of the Company and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee from May 2015.
INWIT thanks Professor Tombari for his contribution to the Board of Directors' activities.
In accordance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, currently comprising the Independent directors Elisabetta Colacchia and Cristina Finocchi Mahne, will be called on to propose to the Board of Directors candidates to replace the outgoing Director.
