The Olipad makes its appearance on Twitter under a special offer. In fact, from tomorrow Olivetti will make the new tablet available to its followers with a 25% discount on the normal retail price. To access the promotion, available for a limited number of OliPads, users must simply become followers of Olivetti’s official Twitter profile at http://twitter.com/olivettionline, note down the code contained in tweets and refer it to the 800189948 toll-free number. They will then be given instructions on how to receive the new tablet for the special price of €299 instead of €399.
The initiative on Twitter, valid as long as stocks last, confirms Olivettiìs interest for social networks, where users may directly dialogue with the company.

OliPad is Olivetti’s new tablet, featuring a 10-inch touchscreen display and 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. OliPad is aimed at both the Consumer and Business segments. A wide range of applications - preinstalled or downloadable from the dedicated App Shop – are available, enabling web browsing, social networking, the enjoyment of multimedia and editorial content as well as Full HD video playback.
Running the Android operating system and equipped with USB/SD Card and HDMI ports, the OliPad is interfaceable with any device, while its Nvidia Dual Cortex A9 processor provides it with superior processing power and graphics.
