TIM Group, with its cloud company Noovle and Salesforce, world leader in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions, have signed a cooperation agreement that aims to support the digital transformation processes of companies and public administrations to make them more efficient and competitive.
The agreement concerns the area of customer relationship management and is based around three key elements: the central role played by the customer, the value of data and information and the importance of creating interconnected supply chains.
Salesforce’s CRM solutions, based on entirely cloud-based platforms, give a complete view of marketing, sales and service processes. In this way, it is possible to manage customer relationships with greater simplicity by leveraging data sources from different systems.
TIM’s digital infrastructure and widespread presence, integrated with Noovle’s skills, enable Italian companies and public administrations to accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions by harnessing the benefits of cloud technologies.
