From 10 July, This City Is Ours, the crime series starring Sean Bean and James Nelson-Joyce, comes to Italy and will be available exclusively on TimVision. Set in Liverpool, This City is Ours is a tale of organised crime, the struggle for power and the lengths we will go to get it, but it is also a story about family and love. Michael (James Nelson-Joyce) and his friend Ronnie (Sean Bean) have spent years smuggling cocaine in and out of the city from Colombia. But when one of their shipments goes missing, Michael realises that their empire is at risk. As Ronnie begins to talk about retirement, Michael, who is in love for the first time, starts to imagine a different life. When Ronnie’s son, Jamie (Jack McMullen), tries to take control he decides that Michael no longer has a seat at the negotiating table. Both have ambitious plans to modernise the gang, and their struggle for power becomes increasingly brutal. Michael's greatest challenge will be to save Diana (Hannah Onslow), the woman he loves, and protect that son he has always longed for.
