Advanced digital technologies are spreading at an impressive pace. The high flexibility of the Cloud and the immense potential of Artificial Intelligence are increasingly and powerfully entering the operating models of Italian companies.
Building on research conducted by CETIF, the Research Center of the Catholic University of Milan, for TIM Enterprise—Italy’s leader in digital services for Public Administration and large enterprises—the TIM Research Center has examined how advanced digital technologies are spreading within the banking sector. The study takes stock of the most widely used solutions in process transformation and in redefining the branch model, also identifying several future trajectories of change.
