FIBRA modem by ADB

The new FIBRA modem manufactured by ADB, which is included in TIM/ Telecom Italia’s ultra broadband service offers, exhibits significant eco-efficiency features:

in the use phase, when fully operational, the device consumes up to 23% less energy with respect to the challenging targets set in the EU Code of Conduct on Energy Consumption of Broadband Equipment, with a significant reduction of GHG emissions;
the shell is manufactured using 23% less plastics (in weight) compared with a similar older generation model;
thanks to the application of eco-design rules, disassembly time has been reduced significantly, thus making end-of-life management easier;
the packaging is made of 100% non-plasticized recyclable cardboard.
