"ESG objectives remain a pillar of our industrial strategy. Emissions reduction, energy efficiency, infrastructure resilience and the development of our people guide our decisions. As already achieved in Brazil since 2021, in 2025 we also reached in Italy the target of 100% electricity procurement from certified renewable sources. At the same time, we have strengthened gender balance, increasing the presence of women in leadership roles and achieving over 50% female hires among new recruits.
