Green pass private work

We would like to remind our suppliers that the Italian Decree-Law No. 127/2021 provides that, starting from October 15, 2021, anyone who enters the workplace for any reason is required to hold and display the COVID-19 Certification (Green Pass).

We therefore invite all suppliers to ensure that the staff intended to enter TIM S.p.A. workplaces is in possession of the COVID-19 Green Pass, or alternatively, of a certificate of exemption from vaccination.

Please be aware that, should any member of your staff be found without the COVID-19 certification (Green pass) during our checks, they will be denied access to our premises and requested to leave immediately, without prejudice to your Company's liability for any damage, costs, charges or expenses that TIM S.p.A. may incur in relation to such events.
