Today, TIM signed the Memorandum of Understanding backed by the Municipality of Genoa to promote equal opportunities and gender equality at work.
For the signing at Palazzo Tursi, the Genoa City Council headquarters, TIM was joined by the main bodies and companies operating in the area.
TIM pledges to work with the other signatories to promote a better work-life balance, support social initiatives and make the most of the territory’s unique characteristics and resources. Training, developing joint projects and sharing research will be another important part of our efforts. We are also committed to promoting and communicating the results we will achieve together to raise awareness on gender policies and encourage diversity, thus also helping to counter stereotypes and discrimination.
This initiative is part of TIM’s plan to combat the gender gap in all its forms through concrete actions and partnerships.
