Streaming without interruptions, high-quality video even during peak hours, online gaming and smart working without glitches: these are the user experiences that define network quality. According to analyses by Opensignal on connectivity user experience, TIM ranks first in Italy, with percentage scores of 80 on fixed and 79.2 on mobile for the “Consistent Quality”, the indicator that measures a network’s ability to deliver stable performance across key digital activities, from browsing and streaming to more advanced services, even at times of heavier usage.
On the mobile side, we also rank first for “Video Experience” (69.5) and “Games Experience” (75.6), two areas that are becoming increasingly central to the everyday use of digital services, especially for customers who use streaming, entertainment and gaming services on the go.
The reports show strong results across the country, with outstanding performance in Rome and Milan. In these two cities, TIM’s 5G is the fastest of all, with speeds of 248.4 Mbps in download and 24.8 Mbps in upload in Milan, and 223 Mbps in download and 23.5 Mbps in upload in Rome.
