In recent days, TIM has received several awards dedicated to communication and actions in support of gender equality. These awards are not a point of arrival, but an encouragement to continue on a path that requires awareness, continuity, and a shared commitment.
The Aretè Award for institutional communication was given to the campaign “La Parità Non Può Aspettare”, created to bring the issue of overcoming the gender gap to the forefront of public debate, as it is considered fundamental for Italy's social and economic future.
The Ascai Award for Internal Communication recognized the podcast “Equality Can't Wait,” a tool designed to stimulate reflection, listening, and participation within the corporate community and in the public sphere.
Finally, TIM won the Libellula Inspiring Company Award from the Libellula Foundation, thanks to its policy supporting colleagues who are victims of domestic violence, which translates into concrete measures and a corporate culture focused on well-being, respect, and solidarity.
These awards confirm TIM's commitment to inclusion policies, internal programs, communication language, and the tools made available to people and society.
