Selection process

We are looking for enthusiasm, teamwork and intellectual curiosity, but above all flexibility in quickly adapting to a multicultural and constantly evolving environment like ours.

Discover the main steps of our selection process

Telephone call

  • The first step will be when one of our recruiters calls you to give you more information on the vacant position and the qualities we are looking for. If you are interested and you meet the requirements, the selection process begins.

Online assessment 

  • These are tests and online questionnaires that the candidate takes independently. We always recommend taking them in a quiet place without distractions to maximise your chances of success.

The tests are a very important tool for us to learn more about the candidate's profile.

Technical and motivational interview

  • Following the online assessment stage, an interview takes place where the candidate meets our recruiters together with a representative of the relevant department, to check the candidate's technical knowledge, motivation and aptitude to work in TIM.

Feedback

  • If you pass the interview we contact the candidate and make them an offer to become one of our #TIMPeople.

 

If, on the other hand, you don't pass one of the different stages, you will receive a feedback email advising you that you have not passed the tests.
