The TIM Innovation Lab in Rome welcomed 24 female students from STEM courses at Sapienza, LUISS, and Roma Tre universities to experience innovation up close. It was an opportunity to visit the spaces where we experiment with new technologies and new ways of working.
During the visit, the students explored some of the solutions developed in our laboratories — from Extended Smart Land to Intelligent Mobility, from XR applications for the enhancement of cultural heritage to AI Digital Assistants and Cloud Robotics — discovering how innovation translates into concrete projects for businesses, territories, and communities.
The world of innovation at TIM was also described by Clara Oliva, Head of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Customer Insight, Carmen Criminisi, Service Concepts & Innovation – TIM Innovation Lab Rome, and Sara Pavone, now at Olivetti (Engineering & Development), who participated in an event like this one exactly one year ago.
The day was also an opportunity to learn more about our corporate culture, the values that guide us, our welfare system, and our professional opportunities with Paolo Chiriotti, Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer, Andrea Rubera, Head of Diversity, Belonging & Inclusion, and Massimo Renda, Head of Recruiting.
This meeting is part of TIM's commitment to promoting female talent and developing skills that can drive the country's digital evolution. Because #LaParitàNonPuòAspettare (EqualityCannotWait).
