TIM is in the Great Place to Work® ranking, the list of the best companies to work for in Italy according to the research, technology and organisational consultancy firm of the same name, which every year analyses workplaces by collecting and analysing employee opinions and experiences at work.
Based on the results of a thorough survey consisting of a sample of 6,000 employees and a further overall assessment of the work experience, TIM was awarded an excellent rating, particularly for its achievements in the areas of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and cohesion.
