A degree in a scientific discipline, ITIL Certification, PMP, Cisco Expert Certification, other Vendor Certification, and knowledge of English at intermediate level are required.

Networking Specialist
A technical diploma, Cisco Expert certification, at least two years of experience in technical and/or project management related to enterprise customers, and knowledge of English at intermediate level are required.

Service Client Management Assurance Specialist
A diploma in technical studies, Cisco Expert Certification, Microsoft Certification, SDWAN Certification, at least two years of troubleshooting experience in managing complex networks, knowledge of English at an intermediate level are required.

Process Engineer
