Now it is even easier for Telecom Italia customers to get information on their home phone line and pay the bill.

With the new version of ‘App 187’ – which can be downloaded free of charge from Apple Store – clients can now pay the Telecom Italia bill via iPhone and iPad, using the most widespread credit cards. The application also enables customers to receive the bill in pdf format at their email address, consult the last six invoices, display commercial requests made and all the communications received from Telecom Italia. Using the ‘App 187’, technical assistance is always available on the main mobile devices for sending reports, the diagnosis of your fixed or ADSL line, or emails.

In order to make access to the “187” technical and commercial assistance easier, there is now a dedicated section on channel 999 of Cubovision Digital Terrestrial. You can use your television at home to display data on your commercial profile, the last six bills, services and on offers for the fixed line, conduct a technical diagnosis on the telephone line and ADSL service, and verify the devices connected to your home network. The service is available to Telecom Italia residential clients on channel 999 Digital Terrestrial through the “DGTVi Gold” decoder or on compatible smart TVs.

The new 187 functions come within the multiplatform Caring Project started up by Telecom Italia and confirm the corporate commitment to offer a better quality of service, also through innovative caring procedures, aimed to provide simple and intuitive solutions to customer assistance needs, exploiting the potentials offered by mobile multimedia services.
