TIM , the mobile brand of Telecom Italia, is among the top 10 brands in the world for "Customer Support" on Facebook in the Socially Devoted Standard by Socialbakers, independent research and analysis company.
The special list was compiled by examining the data for the second quarter of 2013 , which shows that TIM has timely and efficiently resolved more than 4,000 caring requests from their fans on Facebook.
An important result that confirms the company's commitment and investment in social customer care, which complements the traditional call centre, to meet customer expectations more efficiently.
The future of customer service, the care and involvement of customers by companies is increasingly more common through Social Networks. TIM, which has over one million and 600 thousand fans on Facebook, was among the first Italian companies to serve its customers in this area and is committed to the development of technologies to improve customer service processes and flows.
