‘The Handmaid’s Tale’, the acclaimed TV series starring Elisabeth Moss, inspired by Margaret Atwood's novel of the same name, returns with season five as an exclusive premiere on TimVision from 15 September - 24 hours after being broadcast in the US.
In this chapter of the series, fully available only on TimVision, June deals with the aftermath of Commander Waterford's murder and struggles to redefine her identity and purpose. His widow Serena seeks to gain visibility in Toronto while Gilead’s influence spreads to Canada. In the meantime, Commander Lawrence allies himself with Nick and aunt Lydia with the aim of reforming Gilead and rising to power, while June, Luke and Moira fight Gilead from a distance, continuing their mission to save and reunite with young Hannah.
The cast also includes Bradley Whitford, Yvonne Strahovski, Max Minghella, O-T Fagbenle, Samira Wiley, Madeline Brewer, Amanda Brugel, Ann Dowd, and Sam Jaeger.
