TIM on air with Danielle Madam, the young italian shot putter together with Matteo Berrettini to extol the power of 5G

Danielle Madam, 5-times winner of the Italian junior championships of shot put, is the new face of TIM's latest advert. The athlete, who was born in Cameroon, moved to Italy as a child and became an Italian citizen in 2021, is joined by tennis champion Matteo Berettini in the new step of the ‘La Forza delle Connessioni’ story. At the core of the advert TIM's 5G, offering a chance to discover and experience all the power and speed of the latest generation mobile network.

The campaign, which started last year with a number of different protagonists, once again emphasises the connections that overcome distances and differences between people. Danielle Madam's story, which intertwines with that of Matteo Berrettini, adds to the tale that began with Stefano Dolce and Domenico Gabbana and continued with Bobo Vieri, Costanza Caracciolo, Federica Pellegrini and Marcell Jacobs. All faces that express to the maximum the values of diversity, inclusion and the importance of being connected with others to fulfil increasingly ambitious projects.

 

To the soundtrack of Måneskin’s new hit “Gossip”, the 30-second and 15-second adverts will be broadcast on major national TV channels and feature a significant multi-media campaign.

·        21 June 2022 - Federica Pellegrini, world swimming champion, is the new face of the campaign advert dedicated to the launch of the mobile business with the ‘TIM 5G Power’ offer.

 

·        4 July 2022 - Bobo Vieri and Costanza Caracciolo are the stars of the new advert for TIM’s fibre - ultra-fast, secure and reliable - and the sports content on TimVision, through DAZN with all Serie A TIM matches and Infinity Plus with the Uefa Champions League.

 

·        7 October 2022 - Marcell Jacobs is the new face of TIM adverts. The Olympic champion perfectly represents the speed of TIM’s secure and reliable 5G network and fibre up to 10 Giga. He is also the star of the adverts dedicated to Christmas offers.

 

·        16 January - Matteo Berrettini is the new face of the campaign. The Italian champion takes the field for the speed and power of TIM Fibre up to 10 Gigabytes per second, with top technology and dedicated assistance.
