Sparkle, the International Services arm of TIM Group and among the top ten global operators, announces that its subsidiary in Greece has been awarded as Data Center of the Year during the Info-Com World Conference, the largest event for Telecom, IT and Media players in South Europe, held in on November 21st.
Info-Com awards recognize every year the leading companies, services and people who, with their creativity and passion, have contributed to the development of the market and the evolution of technology.
Sparkle operates in Greece through three proprietary data centers - two in the Athens area (Metamorphosis and Koropi) and one in Crete – providing a full range of integrated ICT solutions that, bundled with Sparkle’s global connectivity services, make Sparkle Greece Data Centers particularly appealing for service providers as well as multinational and domestic enterprises.

Sparkle intends to continue investing in the Cloud and Data Center business in Greece building new facilities, implementing the latest technology infrastructure and hiring highly skilled personnel.
