Sparkle, the first international service provider in Italy and among the top ten global operators, reinforces its Point of Presence (PoP) at Namex, in Rome, providing customers with remote peering capabilities through its Virtual NAP service.
Located at Namex - a neutral, not for profit Internet exchange and interconnection point - Sparkle’s PoP provides its global IP Transit service Seabone and its City2City and Ethernet Suite transport solutions to national and international ISPs, content providers and network operators as well as to the networks already connected at Namex.
Sparkle is now able to offer also Virtual NAP solutions to customers wishing to access Namex Peering community without having to implement and manage a proprietary infrastructure or bearing the costs of colocation.
As a confirmation of this long-lasting collaboration, Sparkle will also be Platinum Sponsor at Namex 2020 virtual meeting that will take place on 18 June. During the event, Sparkle will host a dedicated workshop to showcase its full range of IP&Data solutions.

Namex - Roma Internet eXchange Point is a non-profit, neutral exchange and interconnection point between national and international Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
