We cannot ignore this. With our Climate Transition Plan, we have set out a clear path to reduce our emissions despite the continued growth of the digital economy. We will make our processes and infrastructure more efficient to reduce energy consumption,  while adopting lower-impact technologies. And the more the system succeeds in creating the economic conditions needed to support this challenge, the more ambitious the results we will be able to achieve„

The demand for connectivity and computing capacity must not translate into an unsustainable increase in environmental impact. With our Climate Transition Plan, we are changing course to reduce emissions.

Our goal is to achieve Net Zero by 2050 by reducing the Group's emissions across our operations in Italy and Brazil.

Supporting this goal is €550 million in financial resources, already included in the Group's strategic plan.
