To provide concrete help to the people in Turkey and Syria who have been affected by the earthquake, for one week starting from today we are providing our Turkish and Syrian customers with free mobile phone calls to get in touch with family and friends in both countries.
To join the initiative and get 1,000 minutes of calls to fixed and mobile numbers in Turkey and Syria, interested customers only need to answer Yes to the information SMS they receive, or select this option in the MY TIM area, go to any TIM store or call 119.
We can all contribute by participating in the fundraisers that have been activated by international organisations through solidarity numbers.
The campaign, promoted by UNICEF (active until 31 March), aims to provide first aid kits to medicate the injured, distribute drinking water, food and blankets, and set up shelters for homeless children and their families.

Save the Children, on the other hand, has focused its campaign (active until 20 March) on protection and immediate aid such as hot meals, basic necessities, blankets, economic and psychological support for children and their families.
